It is assumed that guests have a base level of fitness. As a guide guests should be comfortable running at 8-10km per hour, further information on 'grading & difficulty' can be found at www.nomadicrunningcompany.comDay 1
- Arrive at the accommodation late afternoon, settle in
- Meet the team and other guests before sitting down for an evening meal.
- Informal brief on the following days.
Day 2
- Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the accommodation
- Kit check and questions
- Warm up and stretch
- Head out on our first trail run of the weekend (approx 21km)
- Return to base to wash down and have a hearty homemade lunch
- Afternoon is free to relax in the accommodation or explore the local area
- Meet back over a nutritious and plentiful dinner. Here we chat through the day, running dreams and everything in between.
Day 3
- Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the accommodation
- Kit check and questions
- Warm up and stretch
- Head out on our second trail run of the weekend (approx 21km)
- Return to base to wash down and have a hearty homemade lunch
- Afternoon is free to relax in the accommodation or explore the local area
- Meet back over a nutritious and plentiful dinner
Day 4
- Up early for a quick warm up and stretch (if you plan to run)
- Kit check and questions
- Head out on an optional short/easier (approx 5km) run or get that extra hour in bed you deserve
- Enjoy a leisurely buffet breakfast at the accommodation
- Farewells and flexible departure

Group accommodation based on a twin share basis. This will be a traditional farmhouse or similar.
