These sessions are public and are not specific to each group.
Please ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking.

We recommend that people with no experience or very little experience in Kayaking book one of these sessions before hiring equipment or even buying their own. It is a great fun introduction to kayaking/paddle boarding. These sessions are designed to teach you skills and safety on the water and give you confidence. During your 1 hour session you will be shown different Paddle techniques, different turning techniques, Craft Control, Capsizing and re-entering your Kayak. We will also talk a bit about tides and local winds. These are all key skills everyone should have when Kayaking especially if you go alone.

 ​Items you need to bring: • A Towel • Old Shoes • Bottle of Water • Sun Cream recommended • Sun Hat recommended • Sunglasses recommended ​ ​

 All Bookings Include: • kayak & paddleboard, Full Safety brief • Wetsuit •  Tuition if needed • Buoyancy aid • Drybag if required • Helmet if required
