Our Intro to Skye scrambling course is aimed at people who either have some previous scrambling experience or wish to discover the uniqueness of this playground, it is a very good start to people who aspire to a full cullin traverse but haven't experienced the ridge before.

We meet and chat through the week ahead, and what people want to get from the five days. We then look at the weather and plan the 2 days around the forecast. We then head intothe mountains looking for some rock to chat through some movement techniques, route finding and recap some basic rope work if need be i.e. tying in, belaying.Day 2We plan to head further afield and get onto some of the classic scrambles on the Skye, some of which could include:> The Spur
> South East ridge of Sgurr nan Gillean
> West ridge of Sgurr Dearg and the infamous Inn Pinn
> The Cioch Nose

☂️ Waterproofs - > A pair of stiff comfortable, waterproof walking boots > Quality, breathable waterproof jacket and trousers. Gore-tex or similar
